In addition to my work as a personal trainer, I also trained as a sports masseuse, and I have now been working in this field for over eight years. Through my experience as a caregiver for football clubs, I have gained extensive knowledge of a wide variety of injuries.

You can come to me with many different types of complaints—whether they are sports-related or caused by poor working posture. You are in good hands with me. I can help reduce your symptoms through massage, and I also provide preventive advice, for example through simple exercises or stretches.
