As a child coach, I guide children, (elite) athletes, young people, and parents in areas such as performance anxiety, high sensitivity, and performing under pressure. I also help them cope better with emotions and tension, so they can experience more calm, balance, and confidence.

Child coaching is a practical and accessible way to support children with the challenges they face. I always approach this from a positive perspective, focusing on what a child is already capable of. Together, we explore their strengths and build from there. From this foundation, children find solutions that truly suit them.

From a young age, I learned what it means to perform at the highest level. Between the ages of 5 and 13, I competed in gymnastics at a high level, became multiple-time Dutch champion, and was part of the Junior National Team. This experience taught me not only what it’s like to perform under pressure but also how important mental resilience is.

Today, I use that knowledge—combined with my warm and involved approach—to help children, (elite) athletes, and young people believe in their own abilities again. In my practice, I support them—and their parents—in staying true to themselves, building self-confidence, and handling their emotions more effectively. It is my passion to help every child become the best version of themselves—so they can stand strong and feel confident being who they truly are.
